Write to support@lemonstone.ai. A person reads every message and you will normally have an answer within two working days. Tell us the email address on your account and whether you are on the website or the iPhone app. A screenshot helps.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We email you a link to set a new one. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
Check spam first. Then go to Create an account, enter the same email again and choose Resend confirmation email.
On iPhone, open Settings in the app, then Notifications, and switch on Notifications on this iPhone. Also check that notifications are allowed for Command Center in the iPhone's own Settings. Focus and Do Not Disturb hold notifications back until they end.
You can do it yourself. On the website, open Settings, then Account, then Delete my account. In the iPhone app, open Settings and choose Delete account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is removed. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
