Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Lemonstone AI FZ-LLC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. They cover the Lemonstone Command Center on the web at cc.lemonstone.ai and the Command Center iPhone app, together called the service. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give us a real name and an email address you control.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
• One account is for one person.

Everything you put into the service stays yours. You give us permission to store it, back it up and display it to you and to the people you share with. We use that permission only to run the service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content. Only add content you have the right to add.

When you share a category, people who can edit it see what is in it. Someone you share it with as view only sees only your tasks, goals, projects and habits in it, plus the ones marked Shared. They cannot change anything. Content you add to a shared category belongs to that group's shared work. It stays with the group if you leave the category or delete your account. Share only with people you trust.

• Use the service for anything illegal, or to harass or harm other people.
• Try to reach data or accounts that are not yours.
• Probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its security.
• Use bots or scripts to create accounts or send invites in bulk.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

You can connect a Google or Microsoft calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect a calendar at any time. We are not responsible for services we do not run.

The service is free to use today. There is nothing to buy in the app.

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the iPhone app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to conform to a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not located in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide the service as it is and as available. We do not promise it will always be online or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down we will give you reasonable notice so you can take your content with you.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we warn you first.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lemonstone AI FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change is significant we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
